Aubrie is a Human Communication Specialist, NLP Trainer, Celebrity Fitness Coach, and speaker. During her decade-long career in coaching, she has helped thousands of eclectic clients such as CEOs, sobriety homes, OC housewives, and hippies, learn the life-altering power of conscious language and movement. She has been featured on Bravo TV, Newport Beach Magazine, Orange County Register, and even ABC news.
Through the process of recovering from a toxic eating disorder and stage 3 Thyroid cancer in her late teen years, she developed a heartfelt passion for changework. Aubrie now has 42 Alternative Education certifications with over 5,000 recorded hours as an educator. Her leadership development company utilizes Neuro Linguistic Programming in her signature Life Through Leadership NLP Academy to teach mental mastery tools for rapid transformation and life empowerment.
In her play time she enjoys camping, playing music, fire spinning, dancing, and being a lifelong learner.
